If you don’t have a monthly package for website maintenance with us, you’re in the right place. We guarantee all our websites for 30 days after your website launches and fix any bugs or issues that arise during this time. We stand behind our websites 100% when they are updated and maintained properly but from time to time, you might have to pay for our time if something breaks or needs fixing.

It is the clients’ responsibility to update the plugins and WordPress platform on an on-going basis. As well as follow our instructions on updating your content properly. If for some reason you’re having a problem with your website, please fill out the form below and we will get back to you with an estimate or schedule the issue to be fixed by our team.

*Site maintenance is billed at $125 per hour. If your maintenance takes 1 hour or less to repair, you’ll receive a confirmation of completion along with an invoice for the time spent. Maintenance repairs will be tracked in 15 minute increments. If your maintenance issue is estimated to take more than 1 hour, you will receive an outline of the estimate for your approval before we start. Site maintenance requests are resolved in the order they are received. By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you may be billed up to $125, and if the repair is estimated to take more than 1 hour, we will contact you with a detailed estimate.
